Why BPro IT exists

BPro IT was founded in 2024 by engineers who had spent years working inside enterprise IT environments and watching mid-market businesses get a worse deal: overpriced local MSPs delivering reactive support, fragmented vendors that don't coordinate, and service contracts written to protect the provider rather than the client.

We built BPro IT to solve that directly. A single remote team covering helpdesk, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and web development, with the same engineers accountable end-to-end. No handoffs to a different department. No gaps between vendors. No billing for problems that proactive management would have prevented.

Our SLAs are written against business outcomes: uptime, response times, security metrics. Not ticket counts. If your systems are down, the ticket stays open until they're fixed.

Documentation as standard

Every configuration, credential, and network diagram is documented in your own environment, not ours. If you ever move on, you take full documentation with you.
